RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We Provide You 100% Exchange Guarantee. Reverse pickup will be done in 5/7 working days.

Before making your payment, we request you to verify with care the size chart and details of the product you are finalising for your purchase. Our sizes correspond to Indian clothing.

We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

If you have a size or fitting issue you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For all exchanges and replacement please email us orders@lablerahulsingh.com . along with your complete order details and issues. We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. We shall charge you shipping charges of Rs.120 in case of reverse pick up the same shall be deducted from your refund. We can help you in exchanging the original order with a new one of the same value.

We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:

You can request for a replacement for your order within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

We only accept returning/exchange of the order for size/design Once.

The tags and labels on the item should be intact.

The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition and

The Product is returned along with the original packaging.

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

Replacement Exclusions:

Exchange & Return is valid only on readymade items and not on Fabrics.

We do not replace boxers/Shorts due to hygiene issues

Please be informed that the Replacement and Exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.

If we do not have a reverse pick up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us.

 

Shipping Notification:

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, we will promptly inform you via the email address registered with Lablerahulsingh.com. We will also outline the corrective actions that will be taken in such cases.

Damaged in Transit: Label Rahul Singh is not liable for exchanges or refunds on items that may be damaged during the shipping process.

Payment Caution: Prior to finalizing your purchase, we kindly advise you to carefully review the product’s size chart and details. Ensure that you are making an informed decision.

Cancellation of orders:

Once we have received the order and payment is confirmed, We don’t do cancellation as the stock with us remains in limited stock and once the same is booked we can’t do the changes. We request you to contact us for the same if possible we will need to confirm the authorities for cancellation request and same equivalent credit will be generated for your account. 

If you want to edit your order we will not be able to change anything once shipped.

For changes in the order before it has been shipped, please drop an email to orders@lablerahulsingh.com, and we will see if we can work it out for you.

We may at any time at our sole discretion cancel your order after intimating you about our decision to cancel your order by writing to your registered email id. In the event of any such cancellation, You may opt to replace the order with a new order after making any additional payment as applicable after adjustment or request for the amount .

Refunds:

We follow a No Refund policy.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on which decision is solely by management only.

Sometimes actual product color may look slightly different from image, which is due to various photography conditions. We request you to connect us for any clarifications. Any further claims on it won’t be entertained.

  • Any sort of shipping charges are non refundable.

We do refunds only in a genuine case of delivery of defective products and if we are unable to send any other products from entire website collection due to unforeseen circumstances.

In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives at orders@lablerahulsingh.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product within 72 hours of delivery.

In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.

However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account only.

Please note the applicable shipping and COD delivery charges shall not be refunded to you.

Due to process constraints, COD orders will not be refunded in any circumstances, you can either opt for immediate replacement or take store credits.

  • How Long will it take for ship my order? We ship in 5 to 7 working days.
  • How long will it take for my order to reach me? From the time of shipping – it will take about 5-10 working days for your international order to reach you.
  • What payment methods does LRS allow for international shipping? You can use all international credit cards to make the payment for your international shipping orders through our Payment gateway during checkout!
When a product is defective/Shortage or damaged?
 
A customer must make a video while opening the package, it’s required for the verification of any kind of defect/Shortage or damage.
 
LRS takes complete responsibility for any defective or damaged product delivered to the customer. Once, the verification is done, a customer is eligible for exchange or we shall provide a coupon code for the same amount.
The verification process would complete once we receive the product.
 
Any kind of defective/damaged replacement request won’t be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
